B.Tech Admission in Delhi
Delhi is the National capital of India. It is located in the northern part of the country. Delhi is bordered with Haryana and Uttar Pradesh states. Admission Procedure
Students can get admission in engineering courses through the national level or university level entrance tests. Various universities conduct their separate entrance test to offer admissions. In case of vacant seats, admission may also be done through the merit of the qualifying exam.
Entrance Exam
Admission in B.Tech will be made through JEE Main exam. It is a national level exam organized by the CBSE board. For admission in IIT, students have to qualify both JEE Main & JEE Advanced exams. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University organizes the IPUCET (university level) exam for providing admission in B.Tech courses offered by IPU and its affiliated colleges.

B.Tech Admission 2018
Most colleges & universities give admission on the basis of JEE Main scores. Students can apply for JEE Main through online mode only. Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria of JEE Main exam:
Students should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in the year of 2016 & 2017 form any recognized board.
Diploma holders are also eligible to apply.
No minimum marks required to appear for the JEE Main exam.
Candidates should have chemistry, physics & mathematics subjects in the qualifying exam.
Candidates must have born on or after 1st October 1993 and 1st October 1988 (for reserved categories).
Selection Procedure
A merit list will be prepared as per the marks obtained in the entrance test or the qualifying exam. Students will be invited for counselling process according to their rank. During counselling process, candidates have to pay the counselling fee and submit their preferences. Seats will be allotted to candidates as per the filled choices, rank, category & availability of seats. JoSAA will regulate the counselling for providing admission in IITs. Once the seat is allotted candidates have to appear at the allotted college for admission.
